Returns & Exchanges

At Detour Sunglasses, we want you to love your view; if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your shades within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unused condition with the protective packaging intact to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization form to include in your package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely place your sunglasses in their original hard case or microfiber pouch and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
